It starts snowing in Animal Crossing during the winter months! Specifically, you'll start to see snowflakes gently falling from the sky in late November, but the ground won't be completely covered in snow until December 11th. The snowy season sticks around until late February, so you have plenty of time to build snowfolk and catch snowflakes!

Actually, it can start snowing as early as November! While the ground doesn鈥檛 get all snowy till December 11th, you might see some early snowflakes if you're lucky. I remember catching my first snowflake of the season in late November last year, and it was magical.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
