The first season of One Punch Man covers up to chapter 37 of the manga, finishing with the fight against Lord Boros. Season two continues from there and stops around chapter 85, after the battle with Elder Centipede.
I watched all the anime and then picked up the manga. Season 2 ends around chapter 85, after Saitama fights Elder Centipede. The manga continues with a lot more epic battles!
It stops kind of early. Just read the manga; it's way ahead.
