Honestly, with all the delays everything's had, who knows? Just keep re-watching Season 1 and 2 for now.
No confirmed date just yet. The best bet is to keep up with Crunchyroll or Funimation for any news.
I heard a rumor it might be coming late 2023, but nothing solid yet. We'll just have to keep an eye on announcements.
