In Animal Crossing: New Horizons, the snow starts to appear in early December and lasts until late February. The snow officially melts and transitions to spring on February 25th. So, if you're looking forward to the spring scenery, mark your calendar for the end of February!

February 25th is when you wave goodbye to the snow in Animal Crossing. Time to get your island ready for spring!

Lol, trust me, as someone who's time traveled more than I should admit, the snow definitely melts on February 25th. But hey, if you miss the snow, just adjust your system's clock. Time travel in Animal Crossing is a thing.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
