Did you try reinstalling the app and logging back in with your Zynga account? That usually does the trick!
Sounds like a classic case of 'turn it off and on again.' Restart your phone, it might just need a little reboot.
Did you back up your data to cloud storage? If so, you can restore it and continue playing without any issues.
Make sure your game is updated to the latest version. Sometimes, old versions just don't play nice with new phones.
