Sony hasn't officially announced a release date for the next PlayStation yet, but traditionally, new consoles come out around 6-7 years after the previous one. So, we might expect news around 2026-2027.
Having been through every PlayStation since the PS2, I’d guess the next one won't be out for a few more years. The PS5 still has a lot of life left!
Honestly, it could be years before we see the next PlayStation. Enjoy the PS5 for now!
