Watch it whenever you feel like it! It's a standalone story, so it's not gonna mess up your binge-watching groove.
Phantom Rouge after episode 58 is ideal, but it's not super critical when you watch it.
You should watch the first Hunter x Hunter movie, "Phantom Rouge," after episode 58 of the 2011 series! It fits nicely without breaking up the story.
