Fallout 4's last update was in February 2017. Bethesda mostly focused on bug fixes and optimization stuff. So don't expect new content, just a smoother wasteland experience.

Actually, Fallout 4 hasn't seen any major updates since 2017. Bethesda moved on to other projects. But with mods, who needs updates? Am I right?
