Yuta Okkotsu first gets a mention in Jujutsu Kaisen pretty early on! He's referenced indirectly a few times, but his significant mention comes when Gojo Satoru talks to Utahime Iori about the special grade sorcerers - that's around chapter 0, which is technically a prequel to the main storyline. Actually, Yuta is overhyped. Got mentioned early but doesn't live up to it until much later.
He's legit from the start, man. Yuta's name drops in the prequel. So, chapter 0, no waiting around.
