So far, no official announcement has been made about My Hero Academia coming to Netflix in the U.S. You might want to check out Crunchyroll or Hulu, where it's currently available!
From personal experience, I've been binging My Hero Academia on Crunchyroll. Netflix U.S. doesn't have it, unfortunately. Crunchyroll's where it's at!
Probably never. Stick to Crunchyroll or Hulu.
