Isn't it obvious? They release DLC when it's ready, no sooner. We know the drill!
As a big fan of Bethesda games, I'd say likely within 6 months of release. They've always been pretty good about timely DLC. Just my two cents.
No official word yet, but they usually drop DLC content within the first year. Just hang tight and keep exploring the galaxy!
