They're spread all over Las Venturas. Each one boosts your luck and awards you with weapon pickups at The Four Dragons Casino. A good tactic is to use a map guide or video walkthrough 'cause finding them all without help is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Thank goodness for the internet, right?
