Lethal Company game saves are tucked away in the Steam userdata folder. You'll find them in a specific folder for your SteamID, under the appID for Lethal Company. So, it goes like this: Steam\userdata\YourSteamID\some_number\remote. The "some_number" is actually the appID for Lethal Company. Make sure you enable hidden files and folders to see them!

Short and sweet: Check the Steam\userdata folder. Look for a folder named after your SteamID, then a mysterious number, which is the game's appID, and voila! Your saves should be chilling there.
