Your Starfield photos are saved in the same location as other Xbox or PC game captures. If you're on Xbox, check your 'Capture & Share' settings, while on PC, photos typically go to your 'Pictures' or 'Videos' folder under a dedicated Starfield folder.
I found my Starfield photos in the Xbox Live cloud since Microsoft's consoles and apps tend to auto-upload screenshots there!
There might be an option in-game or on your device to change the save location, so it's worth poking around!
