Usually, Steam games get cozy in a folder on your C drive. You'll typically find them lounging under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common. But remember, Steam's a bit of a free spirit and may let you pick a different location if your C drive is starting to feel crowded.

In my experience, Steam games love to hang out in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common. But if you asked Steam nicely during setup, it might've agreed to save them somewhere else. Always good to have a chat with your Steam settings.

Who keeps games on their C drive anymore? Just set up a Steam library folder on an external hard drive. Keeps your games handy and your C drive uncluttered.

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
