Electric Pals hang out in areas where you'd expect electric-type creatures to be! Look for them near power stations, in thunderstorms, or around areas with a lot of static in the air. A good tip is to explore the map during different weather conditions since some Electric Pals only appear during thunderstorms. Don't forget to check around industrial areas too!

Electric Pals? Easy peasy. Just chase after the lightning. Literally. Whenever there's a storm brewing, that's your cue. Found my first one near a giant, sparking power line. Felt kinda like a mad scientist.

Just hang around places with lots of electricity. Worked for me!

Honestly, I don't get the hype. Just wander around the map, you'll bump into them eventually. It's more about luck than actual strategy.
