The two main islands are the Floating Island, located to the southwest of the starting Lifepod, and the Mountain Island, to the northeast. Use a compass!

You can find the Floating Island by heading about 1200 meters southwest, and the Mountain Island by heading around 1000 meters northeast from your Lifepod.
