Check out the Blade of Drifting Clouds in the Blade Drifts of Zopheir. It's a chilly place, but totally worth it!
I'd recommend taking on some of the Secret Missions. They often reward you with awesome gear, including special swords.
Just grind it out and explore every nook and cranny. Some of the best swords are hidden away pretty well!
Most special weapons are in chests or after boss fights. Just explore everywhere and talk to NPCs, you never know what you'll find.
