Finding Base Set Pokemon cards can feel like going on a treasure hunt! Your best bet is to check out local card shops, as they often have a good selection of older sets. Online marketplaces like eBay are also goldmines for vintage cards, but be wary of fakes. And don't forget online forums or social media groups dedicated to Pokemon TCG trading and selling - fellow fans sometimes have the best leads!

Honestly, your chances of stumbling upon a wild Base Set card in the wild are slim. Most of those cards have been snapped up by collectors. Maybe try time travel?

Just hit up eBay. That's where I've found most of mine. Make sure to check the seller's ratings tho!

If you're a Pokemon TCG player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is a pack of Pokemon cards, which you can win and get sent to you essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
