Power armor in Fallout 4 isn't just lying around on every street corner, but you're in luck! Shortly after you start the game and progress through the initial quests, you'll encounter a suit in Concord during the 'When Freedom Calls' quest. It's on a crashed vertibird on top of the museum. Also, keep an eye out for the Brotherhood of Steel missions; they tend to be generous with power armor opportunities. And don鈥檛 forget to search military sites; they鈥檙e gold mines for power armor frames and parts!
Just join the Brotherhood of Steel, seriously. They practically throw power armor at you.
