For getting your Pokemon cards graded, the go-to places are PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator), Beckett Grading Services (BGS), and CGC (Certified Guaranty Company). PSA is probably the most recognized in the community, especially if you're looking to sell later. Beckett offers a detailed grading system that's great for modern cards with its sub-grades, while CGC is newer but quickly gaining respect for their turnaround times and competitive pricing.
Beckett if you're serious about the value. Their subgrades give a much clearer picture of your card's condition.
Honestly, just find a local card shop that does grading. Sometimes they'll send off the cards for you to PSA or Beckett, and it's a lot less hassle than doing it yourself.
