There's a ramp on the port side (left when facing the front) that you can use to get inside. Watch out for bleeders!

You can enter the Aurora through a hole in the hull on the front side near the waterline. Look for some ledges to climb up!

The only place you can get inside is the big gaping hole on the front left side. Be prepared for fire and radiation, though.
