From my experience, bots usually land in more low-key spots like the outskirts of the map. Check places like the edges of Weeping Woods or Steamy Stacks.

Honestly, bots are all over, but they seem to favor quieter places. Try Camp Cod or The Orchard.

Just land in a named location away from the bus's path. Bots love to drop at places nobody cares to visit.
