Shale outcrops are commonly found in the Deep Sparse Reef and Dunes. Remember to bring a Seaglide or Prawn Suit to navigate these areas safely!

You can find shale outcrops in the Jellyshroom Cave, Mountain Range, and the Lost River. Happy hunting, and watch out for those Crabsnakes!

The Sparse Reef and the Blood Kelp Zone have plenty of shale outcrops. Just be ready to swim fast if you see anything suspicious!

I found tons of shale outcrops in the Underwater Islands biome. Just make sure you're prepared for deep dives and the occasional pesky Warper.

Honestly, I had the best luck in the Mushroom Forest. Just keep an eye out for Sea Treaders, they're harmless but huge!
