I've had the most luck finding Blox Fruits at the random spawn spots. They pop up every 60 minutes under trees, so keep an eye out!
In my experience, fruits spawn under trees once every hour. But if you're not into waiting, hit up the fruit dealers on different islands.
Just buy them from the fruit dealer. It's way easier than waiting for random spawns.
