The movies are more like fun side stories. 'Heroes Rising' is set after season 4, but you don't need to watch it to understand the main plot.
Honestly, the movies are mostly non-canon and just for extra fun. You can watch them anytime!
I've watched the movies and they fit in perfectly as side quests that give more depth to the world and characters. 'World Heroes' Mission' takes place after season 5, BTW.
