For PS4 users, press the 'Share' button on your controller to save screenshots. They end up in the Capture Gallery.
On PC outside of Steam, you might find screenshots in the game's installation directory or in the 'My Documents' folder under 'Bandai Namco.'
Steam's the default answer, but if you set up custom configurations, check whatever you set them to. Simple as that.
As a PS4 player myself, the 'Share' button is my best friend. Everything neatly goes into the Capture Gallery without a hitch.
