You're out of luck for personal profiles. Drafts are only available for Facebook Pages!
On the Facebook app, tap the 'Menu' (three horizontal lines), go to 'Pages,' and then 'Drafts.' For desktop, you can find drafts in the 'Publishing Tools' section of your Facebook Page!
On mobile, go to 'Pages,' then 'Drafts.' On desktop, it's under 'Publishing Tools' on your Page. Yep, that's it!
