Dumbledore doesn't make an appearance in Hogwarts Legacy because the game is set in the 1800s, long before Dumbledore was born. The game focuses on a time period way before any of the characters from the Harry Potter series would have been around.

Dumbledore? In Hogwarts Legacy? Nah, he's out there living his best life in the 1800s timeline. The game's set way before his time, so no Dumbledore to be found here.

Since Hogwarts Legacy is set in the 1800s, it predates Albus Dumbledore's time by a good century or so. So, he's not in the game - probably because he hasn't been born yet!
