The Hall of Whispers isn't an actual location in Fortnite. Maybe you're thinking of the Whispering Woods?

As of the latest update, there鈥檚 no Hall of Whispers in Fortnite. Check the in-game map for the newest locations!

I鈥檝e been playing Fortnite since the beginning, and I鈥檝e never come across a Hall of Whispers. Might be from another game or a fan concept.
