Helicopters in GTA 5 can be found at a few spots. The most reliable place is the helipad at the Los Santos International Airport. You might need to jump the fence to get in, or just find a way through the gates. Another hot spot is on the roof of the Central Los Santos Medical Center in Downtown Los Santos. Just remember to be ready to deal with the cops if your stars go up!
