Level 3 in The Legend of Zelda for the NES is located in a forest area on the eastern side of the map. Look for a tree that can be burned with the Blue Candle, and voilá - you're in!

You can find the third dungeon by heading east from the starting point and then heading north. Make sure to bring a candle to reveal the entrance!
It’s in the Lost Woods area. Just burn down the correct tree to reveal the entrance. Good luck!
