Oscar? Never heard of him. Maybe you're mixing up your games. Stick to Battle Royale and you'll find plenty of familiar faces though!
Hey, I think you might be looking for the NPC called 'Mancake.' He's often referred to as Oscar by the community for some reason. You can usually find him at Butter Barn!
