The Asylum you're looking for in Fallout 76 is known as the Fort Defiance and it's tucked away in the savage divide region of the map, south and a tad west of the Top of the World. You can't miss it once you get close, it's a big, imposing building, full of lore and some pretty eerie vibes. Happy exploring!

Fort Defiance, aka the Asylum, is not just a landmark; it's a treasure trove for players. Located in the Cranberry Bog area, this place is steeped in Fallout lore and is key for certain quests. While you're there, enjoy the creepy ambiance that Bethesda nailed perfectly.

Just head to the Cranberry Bog region and find Fort Defiance. It's actually the old Allegheny Asylum. Spooky place, but worth the trip for the loot!
