The Black Lake is pretty hard to miss if you're wandering around the Hogwarts grounds in Hogwarts Legacy. Just head towards the Hogwarts Castle, and you'll find this vast body of water on the west side. It's a massive, unmistakable landmark in the game, pretty much like its description in the books. Plus, the views are stunning, especially at night with the castle in the background!

Just go west of Hogwarts Castle. Can't miss it, it's huge.

I legit spent hours just exploring around the Black Lake once I found it. It's to the west of Hogwarts Castle. The game does such an amazing job with the scenery, it feels like you're actually there. Plus, no monsters jumping out of the water at you, which is a nice change of pace from the usual RPG stuff.
