The criminal base in Roblox Prison Life is located outside the prison, near the town. Just follow the road from the prison and you'll find it in no time!
If you just escaped, follow the main road out of the prison towards the right-hand side; you'll see the criminal base not far from there.
Trust me, it's outside the prison, near some houses. Can't miss it after a successful escape!
