The impound lot in GTA 5 Online is at the LSPD Auto Impound. It's pretty easy to find. Just look for it on the map, located in the southeast area of Los Santos. If your ride gets towed, that's where you're headed!

Pro tip: To avoid the impound lot altogether, just don't get your car taken by the cops. But if you're asking, it's near the police station in the southeast part of the city. Saved me more times than I can count.
