Funny thing, the key is hidden right on the roof of one of the buildings. Just keep an eye on those rooftops as you glide around!
Get up high and check the rooftops, you'll find the key hanging out somewhere up there.
Pro tip: Glide to the building with the pot cooking birds, then glide again to get to the opposite ledge for the key.
