In Icy Speedway, the orb is hidden in a tunnel you can find under the ice platform where you finish the race. Glide down to it!

You gotta look for the igloo with the hole in the roof. Fly in and you'll find it inside!

Orb is in a hidden cave. Check beneath the ice around the edges of the level.
