I downloaded it via the Epic Games Store and it's in C:\Program Files\Epic Games\TheOuterWorlds for me. Should be similar for you if you use Epic.
Check your game library. Simple as that!
If you're playing on PC and you got The Outer Worlds from Steam, you'll usually find it in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Outer Worlds. Happy exploring!
For Xbox players, The Outer Worlds is installed in the default directory where all your games are usually stored. Just head to your games and apps section and you'll find it there!
