For the Steam version, you can find the save files by navigating to C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\Tales of Vesperia DE. Don't forget to enable 'Show hidden files'!

For PS4, your save files are in the System Storage. Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage.
It's under C:\Users\[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\Tales of Vesperia DE for PC. Just make sure hidden files are visible.
On Xbox, the save data is stored in the cloud and locally. For the local files, go to My Games & Apps > Tales of Vesperia > Manage game & add-ons.
