Easy-peasy! Just go to the Help Center and look for 'Support Inbox' under the 'More' tab on the bottom right.
Click the 'down arrow' in the top-right corner, go to 'Settings & Privacy,' then 'Support Inbox.' Voila!
I've been using Facebook for years, and you can always find the Support Inbox in the 'Help & Support' section of the main menu.
