You can find the wetsuit in an underwater cave on the northern side of the map. Just bring a rebreather!
Check near the coastline; look for a cave entrance at sea level. It鈥檚 a bit tricky to spot, though.
Just explore every nook and cranny鈥攖rust me, it turns up eventually. I stumbled upon it while looking for something else entirely.
In the cave system to the west of the map. It's guarded by some cannibals, so be ready for a fight.
