Where is University Point in Fallout 4?
University Point is in the southeastern part of the map. It's pretty much directly south of the Prydwen's location, near the coast. Look for a decimated university campus, overrun by synths. It's a great spot if you're hunting for loot or just want to explore more of the game's rich post-apocalyptic setting.

Honestly? You're not missing much if you skip it. Too many synths.
Just south of Diamond City, keep heading southeast, and you can't miss it. Right before you hit the coast, that's University Point. Be ready for a fight though, the place isn't exactly welcoming with open arms.
