eBay's your best bet for selling, IMO. Quick and reaches a lot of buyers. For buying, try local game stores or even Facebook Marketplace. You'd be surprised at the gems you can find locally.
Local game nights at card shops are a hidden gem for buying and selling. Made some of my best trades there!
