You can buy roses in The Sims FreePlay from the Decorations tab in the Home Store. Simply go there, select the rose item, and place it in your Sim's home or garden!
I've bought roses plenty of times in The Sims FreePlay. You can find them in the Home Store under the Decorations tab. Super simple!
