Honestly, bloatfly glands are more common than toilet paper in the wasteland. Shoot a bloatfly, and you're likely to find one. But, if you're really looking for a specific location, check around the water treatment plants. Bugs love those damp places.

Bloatfly glands, right? Just blast any bloatfly you see; they're usually carrying what you need. Don't overthink it.

Actually, finding bloatfly glands isn't that big of a deal. Just wander outside for a bit – you'll find a bloatfly soon enough. They're like the mosquitoes of the Commonwealth.

To snag yourself a bloatfly gland in Fallout 4, you're gonna want to aim for areas with a lot of greenery. The forests surrounding Sanctuary are a solid bet. Super Duper Mart and the area around Concord are also hotspots for bloatflies. Happy hunting!
