Yo, I found Clamperl during a Water Festival event. They spawn more often near water bodies so try beaches, rivers, and lakes!
Spoiler alert: Clamperl isn't a common spawn. Mostly you get it from Field Research tasks and special events.
Good luck, Clamperl is pretty rare! Usually, it鈥檚 available only during specific events and research tasks.
