Concrete in Fallout 4 can be found scattered across the wasteland, but for a more reliable source, you should target construction sites, ruined buildings, and hardware stores. Don't forget to check your workshop storage too, as you might have already stashed some away. Settlements like Sanctuary Hills often contain materials you can scrap for concrete.

For all the aspiring builders out there, if you're in dire need of concrete, head over to the Wilson Atomatoys Factory or the West Roxbury station. These spots have a good amount of cinder blocks and bags of cement which are goldmines for concrete.
