For all the aspiring builders out there, if you're in dire need of concrete, head over to the Wilson Atomatoys Factory or the West Roxbury station. These spots have a good amount of cinder blocks and bags of cement which are goldmines for concrete.
Just buy it. Seriously, hit up a vendor like Myrna in Diamond City. Time saved, problem solved.
