To bag yourself a Courser, you've gotta head over to the Greenetech Genetics building. It's practically a Courser party in there during the quest 'Hunter/Hunted.' Just follow the questline, and you'll find yourself face-to-face with one of these high-tech baddies. Be ready for a fight though; these guys are no pushovers!
